• Lucien’s parents work in the Ministry of Magic. His mother works for the Wizengamot Administrative Services while his father worked as an Auror. Unfortunately, his father is KIA during an auror mission.

• His father’s death is kept a secret by his mother, as she believed that it wasn’t a truth Lucien was ready to hear, and she hoped that lying to him about his father’s absence would deter him from following in his father’s footsteps.

• He lived most of his life believing that he was a squib. Summers were oft spent with his grandparents on both sides, so he lived life as a muggle (as his parents deemed it safest considering the stigma surrounding squibs) and in the wizarding world.

FAQ on Fatui adopt Kaeya AU:

Will Kaeya be adopted by Crepus eventually? Nope.

Is this AU set after Kaeya was adopted by Crepus? No, Kaeya was found by Pierro before Crepus found him.

Will bby Childe and bby Kaeya meet? No. Childe joins the Fatui at 14. They will both meet when they're at least 15 (when Pulcinella recruits him)

How old is bby Kaeya? He's around 7 years old. So yes, he can write, he can go to the toilet himself. Please do not ask potty questions ever again I will cry

Will there be angst ahead? This AU is purely for lighthearted stuff, but if the mood strikes I might do it

WHERE IS DILUC?? He exist in Mondstadt <3 No Diluc in this AU for now. I know about all the potential and stuff, but I am not interested rn so please don't give suggestions. I alr have smth in mind if I will do amth about it. For now, pls focus on bby Kaeya and his 163736 parental figure

Is Kaeya mute? Does he not talk? He does. In my HC, he's still learning to talk in Teyvat language. He can write well (taught by his biological father based on the letter in Hidden Strife), but speaking is hard. He's learning it with Pierro rn :)

Would Kaeya gain his Vision from the Tsaritsa? No. Vision is not granted by Archons, it's from,,, celestia. He will, instead, get a Delusion. And use his Khaenri'ah element/power like Dainsleif (it's like telekinesis. Pierro use it too to move chess pieces in the PV)

Will Kaeya become a Harbinger? No. The position will be offered to him, but he declined. He will become a high ranking diplomat instead. His reasoning is that he works better when he's not in the spotlight.
